Vitamin D deficiency rickets are still important problem in many countries especially developing snd underdeveloped countries. We experienced 8 cases o£ Vitamin D deficiency rickets from May, 1973 to Aug. 1974. All 8 cases had. no history of any Vitamin suppl ementation. Serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase levels were revealed rachitic changes. Confirmatory diagnosis was made by X-ray examination.
